A career in public safety will have profound impacts on all dimensions of your life.  The culture of the job dramatically shapes who you are and how you interact with the world, both at work and at home.  I have been working with Emilie for the past five years and she has demonstrated a continual and exceptional understanding of the challenges that I face as a firefighter.  I would have been unable to navigate the many hurdles that have come my way both on and off duty without her ongoing support and the meaningful dialogue that occurs during our sessions.  By offering these services for free, Emilie will be able to provide the same critical support to many others in the community who need it while eliminating one of the biggest barriers to entry for so many of us, especially volunteers.
