EMDR Therapy

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy used to help process trauma and other distressing experiences. It works by reducing the physiological and emotional impact of past events.

EMDR can be effective for both cumulative trauma over time, including experiences from childhood, as well as single-incident or highly stressful events.

Our therapists offer both standard 60-minute EMDR sessions and longer, intensive sessions for those seeking a more focused approach.

First Responder Resilience Initiative is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization
